Great replacement and cost.
I was skeptical but decided it would be really easy to return if I didn't like and I got them in 1 day with prime. I had just got a used classic Aeron and the vinyl arm pads were scratched up pretty bad. I wasn't sure what to expect but was actually impressed when I opened the box. They look great and I believe are slightly more "cushiony" than the stock vinyl pads. Install was super easy. A lot of people stated that it was hard to screw but I found that it was only because there is no tread however the screws that came with my Aeron went in fine and I didn't have to force very hard. Anyone that has used a self tapping screw before will recognize the force you need to screw in. Overall I'm very impressed. It looks and feels great. It may be 1cm shorter than the stock however I have plenty of space for my elbow. I don't notice it at all. If you don't want to sell your arm for a new arm pad this is the way to go.

I like them better than the original!
My arm pads had become cracked and messy after 7 years and I decided to do a refresh on the chair and replace some worn out parts (and add a headrest). I like these arm rests better than the original but there is definitely a bit off-gassing with the material ... but that will subside pretty quickly I think. The material is firmer than the original and that is pretty evident in the pictures. There is a bit of give, but not a lot. To me, these are a perfect replacement and are an inexpensive way to refresh your Aeron chair. I have a size B and they fit perfectly and installed with the original screws. They DO NOT come with replacement screws, so save the ones that come with your chair. Definitely worth the <$23 to freshen up part of my chair. I also added roller blade casters and have a headrest coming. A nice refresh vs the temptation to buy a new chair.

Way better than living with a cracked armrest
These are plenty good enough for me. The shape is slightly different from my originals, but I actually like the new one better, it seems more modern and functional. Perhaps there were "versions" of the armrest and this is the later version. OEM armrests are allegedly available from the Herman Miller parts website, but the wait is always posted as 6 weeks and I expect I would receive exactly the same item from exactly the same factory in China. In any case, these are fully satisfactory and fit like the originals. You'll need a PH3 (Phillips #3) screwdriver and it helps a lot if you run in the screws with the armrest on the bench before trying to fit it to the arm. It takes substantial pressure to get the screws started but once the thread is established you can run the screw in again much more easily. The hole size is exactly right (I measured it), just the plastic is firm and you're cutting threads into it the first time. This is how you want it, it means the screws are going to hold firmly and not work themselves out on you. Overall, definitely a thumbs up. Would do it again and recommend.

Easy install, decent quality
Pros: - Easy to install. The shape is a good, though not perfect, fit for compared to the original arm rest. There is a little bit of play along the front/back direction. The only hard part is you need to be careful to align the screws with the holes in the new arm rest. On my chair, the correct position is pushing the armrest all the way to the back. - Comfortable surface texture. Slightly more firm but still soft enough. Cons: - Slight chemical or adhesive smell that goes away after 1-2 days. I would recommend opening the package ahead of installation to let things air out. - Surface is slightly oily. This was resolved by wiping the arm rest with a soapy cloth.

Economical fix
We found an Aeron chair out on trash day. The only thing wrong with it was that the arm pads were destroyed. These aren’t leather, but they fit the chair perfectly and were easy to put on. We now have a fantastic chair for the price of these arm pads.

Perfect replacement arm pads
One of my arm pads had become pretty ripped up on my 15 year old Aeron chair. This ended up being an ideal replacement. While it looks just like the original, I find it to be more comfortable than the original. (Though maybe my original ones have hardened over time.) Replacement was very simple, just two screws. However, note those two screws are not included with the new arm pads, so you'll want to use your old ones. The screws require some effort to screw in, take some extra care to use the proper size screwdriver and not strip the screws. I only ended up replacing one of my arm pads, as only one of my old ones was ripped up. Nobody would notice the difference between the original and replacement unless holding them side by side with each other (the new ones are ever so slightly longer). If you need to replace your arm pads, I definitely recommend these.

holds up to my weight.
bought these a while ago and I put a lot of pressure on the arms getting up and they take the weight. very good quality.

These armrests are rock hard. Not comfortable in any way and literally hurt to lean on.
These armrests are not worth the money as the 'foam' in the armrests is rock hard., There is no give at all and leaning on these is like leaning on wood. Not worth the money unless you don't lean on your armrests.

My parrot keeps biting off my arm pads and this is an affordable spare part that fits just right with my original Herman Miller chair. Easy to install. Does the job.

It is a great replacement arm pads. Feels like the original pad that came with my Aeon chair. Fits perfectly and no issues with the installation. The shipping for this item was slow, it took 5 weeks to arrive to Singapore.
