Excellent structural quality, 1st class materials used, seems far better than the previous version I had bought years ago from here. I hope it will be doing the job for a long time. Would think of getting more if needed.

I’m not keen in the sticky suction pad and it does seem to vibrate a bit, that said if does appear to be sturdy to install and easy to use.

Having now had this for a while, I feel that I can now give it an honest review.I use this mounted to my truck dashboard and it holds a Samsung 10.4" tablet. Absolutely no issues with it at all, it holds the tablet securely and hasn't lost suction once. I even moved it into a different truck for a week while mine was off road (and then back again) and I was a little concerned that it wouldn't stick as well once I'd removed it & refitted it, but I was pleasantly surprised, there were no issues at all. It's been back in my own vehicle for 3 weeks and hasn't moved once.I don't know if it makes a difference, but I've put a foam pad on the edge of my dashboard for the arm to rest on which seems to take the strain off of the hinges/swivel mounts, it seems like the ideal solution.All in all, when compared to other (far more expensive) mounts, I'd give this one a solid 9.5/10.

I use this tablet holder for my tablet in my bunk at work and it sticks great. It fits well and It’s amazing how sturdy it is. It’s so easy to use. It holds the tablet and it never slips. I definitely recommend

Strong hold on your phone however unless you stick this down it will keep falling off. I don’t want it stuck to the dashboard so tried to use the suction pad but it wont hold this way.

I liked the product. Firm and sturdy.

Suction is brilliant until the hot weather then just keeps falling off the windscreen. Not fit for purpose. Very disappointing.

the immediate problem?On the suction cup there a thin plastic cover. nothing wrong with that but... I removed it as you would and after putting it all together, a simple task, I tried it on a flat glass surface, it now holding my device. It worked a treat and was going nowhere. That'll do I thought but here's where the 'oh crap' moment occurred. On releasing the suction cup to remove it from the glass, I found it was stuck fast. The only way I could get it off was to take a knife, I covered the end in Sellotape so as not too cause any damage, and carefully prised it off. Having not discarded the plastic cover, I replaced it onto the sucker again and tried again and a far better result was achieved in that I could actually remove the sucker from the glass.Now I'm wondering here, if, over time, the super stickiness of the suction cup will fade and not need to be covered with the plastic cover but will continue be just as effective.
