Baloo Weighted Blanket for Adults 12 lb Throw (Pebble White, 42"x72") | Cool & 100% Cotton | Machine Washable & Dryer Safe | Glass Microbead Fill

I did quite a bit of research before purchasing this weighted blanket. I absolutely love it! I chose this because it is high quality & chemical free cotton, has lead-free glass beads for weight, and it is machine washable and safe for the dyer. Many other weighted blankets are not machine washable and require an expensive and awkward cover. This one doesn't need a cover since it is machine washable, although it appears the company offers some lovely covers if you really wanted one. (I also checked out the Baloo website and facebook page. I even contacted the company with a question and received a cheerful and informative response). This is the softest cotton and very well made--such high quality. (I had been having trouble falling asleep and woke up multiple times through the night...friends suggested a weighted blanket....I did my research and decided on this Baloo. It took some getting used to the first two nights, and after that I have been sleeping better than I have in years! I fall asleep well and stay asleep through the night now with this blanket. It was worth every penny!). Although I have a queen bed, I chose this mini size and it is perfect for just me, and also easy to carry to the couch for a nap!

Mine arrived so much before the due date, was surprised, I have used it only two nights, and fallen in love with it, well it is Winter and cotton breathes better, so I believe I will be able to use it when gets warm. in gently cradles your body, and puts pressure on your body evenly, so it feels like it swaddles you like a baby. and it feel great, I slept really good. and sleeping does not come easy with chronic pain, from being acrobat and landing in a chiro office for years. My spinal alignment has been crazy from neck to tail. and this is what really helped. to sleep.

Prior to finding Baloo brand, I purchased several other weighted blankets and was quickly displeased with the fabric and the way beads bunched up in pockets. I actually hate polyester bedding and also considering the hot summers where I live I knew they would be a nightmare. I searched all over for 100% cotton weighted blankets, found one that said it was cotton but had a polyester fill.. NO WAY!! Well luckily I found the Baloo brand and realized the cost is higher due to the quality of materials and better design and assembly. Before Black Friday came I first purchased the Silver Sage in 15lbs. I truly loved it! But aesthetically it would look wonky with my bedroom colors. I originally wanted a blue one but since they didn't have it I settled. Later I got the blue linen duvet cover which was alright and used all the ties. The duvet still slipped at night.. I then wondered if I needed a heavier weight so I returned the silver sage, kept the duvet and got a 20lb in pebble white. That weight was a dream come true and put me to sleep almost faster but I also learned to put my comforter on top of the Baloo blanket instead. After many nights the duvet on the weighted blanket still slipped around and shifted which was annoying. I also noticed that I was waking up with sore shoulders and neck if I slept with the blanket up to my neck as sleeping sideways. I read other reviews and realized that I should stick with the 15lb blanket and in doing so that's when I saw there was a new one in a Navy Blue!! This was what I wanted originally so I was excited and didn't need a duvet that would shift around. I still tried the 20lb out a few more days and liked it but still was a bit too heavy to pull on the bed and plus since I have a black kitty I didn't want all his hairs to show up. I cleaned off the pebble white blanket amd will be returning it. The Luna blue color is absolutely beautiful and it's the perfect weighted blanket that makes all my dreams come true 💙 also I am keeping the box :-) as you can see my Panther loves it and its the perfect size for him too! It's literally taken me YEARS to create my natural bed. It is not cheap and is a lot healthier and suggest others do the same as our health is contingent on our sleep. Worth every penny and definitely worth the weight! . I highly recommend this brand due to the sustainable and all natural materials and quality . I will probably purchase from their website a throw or something if I can get on discount. Someone else did mention they had shoulder pain with the 20lb blanket so keep that in mind depending how you sleep.

After using the Baloo blanket for three nights i can see a change in my day to day routine. I wake up in the morning more energized. I can tell I am sleeping deeper and the weight from the blanket gives me the comfort feeling of being hugged or 'grounded.' I tried this blanket on a whim and am so thankful I did. This blanket helps me fall asleep faster and stay asleep instead of waking up multiple times within the night (which i use to do). I am so looking forward to climbing into bed tonight! I have tried many things to help my stress and anxiety and this is the only thing that has worked for me. I can say honestly that this blanket is the best purchase I have made this year. I still have my duvet and have used used this blanket to put on top of it - I like a lot of layers. The quality of the linen for the cover and pillow cases I purchased are a wonderful quality - very soft and doesn't make me hot. Also a side note, i have a dog who is about 14 years old and he often sleeps in bed with me. The other morning when he was restless i pulled him under the blankets with me and he very quickly fell back asleep. In short... I love love love Baloo weighted blankets - I am a side sleeper for the most part so I got the 15 pound one and i am very very happy!!!!

Me habían recomendado esta manta para ayudarme a dormir y me ha llegado en plena ola de calor, y aún así la he podido usar, tiene una textura suave y el tejido deja respirar. Cuando alguien viene a mi casa me encanta pasarles la manta porque nadie se espera que algo tan fino pese tanto xD 100% Recomendable

My son has sensory processing sensitivities so I’ve known about weighted blankets for a while but this is the first time I’ve found one that is certified organic cotton and that isn’t full of plastic microbeads. We decided to give it a try and it is indeed everything we hoped for. My son’s sleep has improved and it really does seem to soothe him. I have borrowed it a few times for the deepest, most restful naps. It is honestly dreamy! I think we need to buy another so we don't have to share! Highly recommend!

I had contacted customer service when looking for a weighted blanket although could not find chemical free cotton that is cool and breathable all year round, available for purchase in canada. They shared they were going make they would notify me when it occurred with great follow through. No surprises with exchange rate, duties and it arrived within a few days after purchase. It is beautifully made and very soft. Obviously good quality and I love that I covers my bed and is long covering my feet as well as being able to be pulled up high to snuggle around my neck, unlike the throw style. Premium quality for sure. Upon opening I felt like I was receiving a gift and absolutely love how they displayed the free gift. Quality weighted blanket, use it every night and my sleep is so much better.

Recibí esta manta la semana pasada y estoy alucinando. Es muy relajante y me ayuda a conciliar el sueño mucho más rápido. Normalmente me cuesta coger el sueño teniendo que tomar tés o suplementos especiales, pero con esta manta he encontrado que ya no los necesito. Lo recomendaría a cualquier persona que tenga problemas para dormir!
