Rubbermaid FG4015411 Moisturizing Handcleanser Refill, 1600ml Volume, Pack of 4

Great product and lasts a long time! But the packaging by Amazon is problematic, so it may take a couple tries to get a working soap refill. Twice now, Amazon has shipped this soap dispensor refill carelessly. Both times, the top of the bottle hit the inside of the box. The first time, it broke off the hose nipple. The 2nd time, it bent the hose and luckily, it still works. Please have Amazon pack this more carefully so that the tip doesn't get damaged.

We like this product but the tips are very fragile and arrive broken every time!!! Why don't you leave them in their original boxes they come in where they are protected and ship them in those boxes?????

The bottles work well once installed and the soap is fine. However shipping is the issue. I've had to request 2 replacements as the tube breaks at the nozzle of the bottle and makes the whole bottle non usable. Otherwise decent product.

One star. Because I could pay $6 at Ralphs for a large bottle of lotion soap, but what I WANT is good soap that will work with our touchless dispensers. Much more sanitary in this age of needing to be clean. However, there is no point in buying it if the packing is so bad that the dispensing part breaks. If the manufacturer won't supply a sturdy cap, then Amazon has to learn how to pack these things so they don't move and land on their nozzles and break them. These are heavy bottles with delicate plastic nozzle fixtures! They need to be packed tightly in the box, standing up and with a kind of cushioning (like a roll of corregated cardboard or an inverted plastic cup) over the nozzle of each bottle that will keep the pressures of the outside world - being thrown, dropped, or stacked under something heavy - from breaking them.
