Pricey but worth it. I've had heel pain for a long time while playing soccer. This brace lifts and pads the heel so I can play. I've never had this kind of success with regular gel lifts in the shoe.

Comfortable but too bulky to fit in my shoes

I found this product to be particularly effective while doing rehab exercises, stretches, everyday walking and stairs.

This was very uncomfortable on my foot and almost impossible under a shoe. I sent it back and instead used an ace ankle bandage (for about 1/10th the cost) that doubles as an ice pack. My achilles stress of many months gradually got better with the ice, the weight of the bandage (I kept it on even after he ice warmed up), rest and exercise.
