An absolutely vital tool for laptop gaming.
2021 hasn't been kind to my desktop. First, it was full-scale power problems in my room, and now, my graphics card has been fried (wear and tear). I'm currently only able to use my MSI GP65 Leopard for anything related to computer work or gaming. While there's no problem with usual browsing, my usual problem stems from trying to play games with its keyboard. The main issue is that the laptop, of course, gets hot fairly quickly, since it's a gaming laptop, and that's what they do. The backup problem is that I use this device on an angled laptop cooling pad, so playing with my hand at an angle is awkward. This one-handed keyboard takes away both of those issues. The hand rest doesn't generate any heat, so it's as cool as your hand is when you use it. That rest also helps to keep your hand at a nice angle that won't hurt or get uncomfortable, even after prolonged usage. I absolutely adore that the keys on this board aren't the super loud and clicky types; it's a personal preference, yes, but I'd rather not have my every keystroke on this device be heard clear through the walls as I make them. I also really like that the lights are customizable, and they shut off after a few minutes of inactivity to preserve their overall lifespan. The keyboard itself isn't massive, either, and doesn't take up too much space anywhere that I have it sitting on my desk. My biggest complaint is that there's no ridge on the "F" key, like on normal keyboards. That makes it only subtly harder to use this, since I tend to use that ridge to gauge where my fingers are in relation to it without having to look at the keyboard itself. Nothing too critical, though. The other minor problem that I have is that the spacebar feels just a hair shorter than it should be. I'd like it if it came out just slightly further to the right to fill in the space next to it, but it's not horribly short or anything. Overall, I'm very pleased with this product. The price is unbeatable for the amount of features and convenience that it provides, versus other one-handed keyboards that usually ask for double (or more) the amount for just about the same or very slightly more features attached to it.

Super solid and cost effective gaming keypad.
I’ve used this key pad for about 40 hours at this point. The build quality is good and feels pretty sturdy considering the price. While it doesn’t feel like it’s made by Corsair, but it doesn’t feel like it was made by Mad Catz either. The build quality feels somewhere in the middle. The keypad is very responsive and I have had no issue with latency or sticky keys. The key switches are nice and quiet, like my MX cherry silent switches on my Corsair keyboard. The switches sound a little sloppy on the rebound, so the keys make a bit of noise on coming back up. The keycaps don’t have any tactile bumps to verify position of your fingers without looking at the keypad. With the way the keys are, I have lost position of my fingers a couple dozen times during my use so far. There is no way to replace the keycaps without a 3D printer and modeling knowhow. I looked online but all I could find were keycaps which are made for MX series of switches, which are the switch standards for most keyboard switches based on what I’ve looked up. Ergonomics of the keypad are done very well. The reason I got this was because I needed to angle my keyboard so my wrist would be able to fall into a more ergonomic friendly position while I’m working on projects and playing video game. I was having issues with my hand falling asleep. My keyboard was hanging off my desk trying to angle it enough and I still couldn’t get the angle right to prevent circulation issues. I only needed about 10° more angular freedom and this keypad definitely allows for that to happen for me. My hand hasn’t fallen asleep since I started using this. While this keypad is great for gaming it also has its place in CAD and video editing software, especially if you’re working on a project for hours at a time. I personally don’t give a hoot about RGB lighting but it has RGB lighting. I don’t know if the pattern can be changed but the default pattern is what I would describe as “scrolling rainbow”. The LED lighting turns off after 30 seconds of no key interaction. If you use this in the dark, it’s very likely that you will miss key the first input. The light will turn on after that. What I have used this for. I have used this keypad to play FPS, strategy, arcade, and roguelike game titles. I have also used it for CAD and video editing which work great as long as you don’t lose finger position. The keypad feels very natural and was super easy to set up and apply keybinds. I also feel like it’s taken my PC gaming experience to a whole new level of enjoyment because of how comfortable the keypad is. The keypad also makes me feel like my reaction time is drastically improved because to the comfort plus circulation, along with being able to set up new keybinds if you desire to fit the new ergonomic positioning of your hands. Critiques: I would have liked for the key pad to come with replacement tactile key caps or at the very least come with a tactile F key by default like every keyboard on the market. This is the one thing keeping me from giving this 5 stars. Overall, very solid product which I would highly recommend to anyone having similar circulation issues and looking for a budget option keypad. The pros definitely out way the cons. 4 out of 5 isn’t bad.

Perfect for gaming laptops.
To start, I’d like to mention that this product was bought for use on a laptop for a woman with a wrist problem and has to hold her hands at an awkward position while playing on her laptop on her desk. She hooked it to her usb slot and was able to use it on her pullout board, which is huge because now she is playing comfortably. The wrist rest is nice, however, it’s plastic. I may add foam in that spot for a softer wrist support, though she hasn’t complained yet so it may not be necessary. The keys have a nice spacing between them, and click nice without being obnoxious, it definitely feels like a gaming keyboard that you’d buy from a well known competitor. The LED backlights are simple, which is actually really nice in our opinion. It’s nice and compact, which keeps it from mucking up space on the desk, and it’s very lightweight as well. The size is a perfect upgrade from a laptop keyboard, where all the keys are soft and not spaced at all. We highly recommend this product.

I wanted it to work
I really wanted this to work as a travel gaming setup. In theory it works, in reality you need a full keyboard. The keyboard is split at F5,6,T,G,B and SPACEBAR. If your keys are mapped to be left hand orientated for all games this could work for you. For me I need and use the full keyboard and did not fully realize it until after I bought this and used it on travel.

It takes a little getting used to at first. but it's very comfortable to be able to sit back and relax while playing video games on a lap top with this half key board. Only downside is the space bars shaped uncomfortably, it's not rounded at the bottom like the other keys. but it works great and looks cool. I use it everyday !
