Brilliant product, customer service excellent!

The cylinder arrived with a face mask and connecting tube. The face mask had a white plastic component within it which had a plastic pipe that fits into the tube that runs from the cylinder to the face mask. That plastic pipe was broken off and therefore the product was unusable. I reported that to Amazon / the supplier and a replacement face mask arrived in the post first class mail the next day - no questions asked. The replacement face mask was a different design. The tube attachment is built into the face mask so there is no plastic component to become damaged. It is a much better technical solution. Works fine. The bigger units I.e. 100+ litre cylinders are much more substantial than the lower volume products I’ve also purchased. Not sure what to do with the empty cylinders. Also the unit state on it ‘Not for medical use’ - confusing as I’ve bought mine to help with my breathing.

Perfectly good oxygen. But 110 litres is a very small amount of oxygen, considering the price. Won't last long!

I had many of these for sport but this one was defective and the green discharge unit that is used by twisting clockwise could not be unscrewed without also unscrewing the main brass tap unit. I considered too dangerous to unscrew and turn off the supply so lost all the oxygen. Not ideal

I purchased this for under the bed. Many reasons for doing so but primarily after a drinking session. It obviously has very beneficial effects, and I can assure you it's fairly good value and should last you a good 6 months plus with moderate use. Only a 3 or 4 inhalations are needed. It would be useful to include a proper valve somewhere in the line, as it's quite fiddly otherwise. I am sure other purchasers may have noticed this issue?
