I got these apple cider vinegar pills about a month ago. My doctor told me I needed to lose weight because it was getting serious. Being the naturally lazy person that I am, I looked for a quick weight loss option, and found that apple cider vinegar has great detox and weight loss benefits. I plan on fixing my eating habits and exercising more, but in the past month, I’ve only added this acv supplement to my diet (I told you I am lazy). I’ve gone down two sizes in one month. In the past year, I kept going up in size and didn’t think I’d ever come down. I actually am more motivated now to know that I could lose this weight, so I’m going to add a workout regime to see how much more I can lose. Love these pills and recommend them!

Heads up -- this company gives you FREE bottles if you write a good review for them.I have been taking 2 pills every day for a month and sadly haven't noticed much of a tangible difference. Maybe it is more of an internal change, but I haven't noticed any difference in weight management, appetite suppression, or overall energy. I eat fairly clean and get mild exercise. A bit disappointed with this product. It did make my period a week late as well.

I think the difference between this brands Apple cider vinegar capsules vs the other ones is that it’s actually been working. I think that since this complex is mixed with the kelp and spirulina, it gives the right strong dosage to get the job done. I got these for weight loss, and it’s been doing a great job. Down 10 pounds. I feel better and my energy has skyrocketed through the roof. Great supplement!

I’ve been using this product consistently and I’ve got to say it’s actually helping me in regards to the aspect of energy, as I’ve been very fatigued for the past couple of months. I can’t comment on the weight loss portion, as I do workout 4-5 times a week, however, I can say that I feel more energized during my workouts and have been waking up with a flat stomach every morning! Also, this product has been helping me a lot with digestion and some of my stomach problems (occasionally heartburn and indigestion). Overall, I’d definitely purchase it again and plan to continue using it.

I opened my bottle after recognizing it and noticed the seal had been removed and a paper towel was stuffed down into the bottle! I also counted the pills and there was only 103. So this company apparently sends used products to its customers. That’s disgusting and dangerous.

What a great combo of Apple cider vinegar and the other superfoods. I take a capsule every morning and it gives me energy. I almost feel like I don’t need coffee anymore, and now I just drink it because I love the taste. Anyway, this capsule form is great because I don’t need that disgusting taste of drinking it raw in the morning, and it just goes down smoothly without any taste. I definitely feel less bloated and hungry. I get on the scale everyday, and without revealing too much, I definitely see a a major change. Nothing else has changed in my diet. Awesome product!
