Easy to clean, tastes great after filtration, very functional and easy to use. Awesome bit of kit and half the price if not more than half of branded competitors. Good size on it as it fills my coffee machine water tank off 1 fill. Honestly, I wouldn't be spending a penny more on anything else after getting this.

I bought this for my mum who is 84 and lives a long way away from me. The first jug arrived with a large crack in near the handle and another in the body. But as she has mobility (and other) problems she didn't feel able to return it. So I contacted the company directly and they sent a new replacement to my mum within a few days. This new one is fine so it must have been a one-off. The filter works really fast and my mum is very pleased with it. Says the difference in the taste of the tap water is amazing! I also like the fact that - although the replacement filter cartridges are not cheap - they last 3 months for a family of 4. So my mum will only need to change the cartridge 3 or 4 times a year.

Really impressed with the AQUAPHOR Smile Water Filter Jug! It’s very very lightweight, easy to use, and the water actually tastes fresher and cleaner. The design is compact so it doesn’t take up much space in the fridge, and the lid opens smoothly for quick refills. Makes me want to drink more water every day—simple but such a good buy!

I bought this as it was on offer and the filters are inexpensive to replace. The filter is not clear for if it needs replacing or when it needs replacing. I'm assuming it will move itself but has Roman numerals so is confusing. Apart from that it seems good for the money. But the filter part needs to be clearer.

Great water jug. Easy to use and set up. Very functional and fits in fridge door properly. Love the design and colour it's what drew me too it. Water comes out tasting a whole lot better using this.

Mycket bra kanna och filter. Enda nackdelen är att det är lite svårt att få in den o kylskåpsdörren om man har ett litet kylskåp. Men jag kan leva med det.

La jarra tiene un tamaño bastante grande, pero sobre todo ha sido el filtro, deja un sabor que me ha sorprendido , lo pedí con magnesio porque me parece más saludable
