Works terrific. Removed all oxidation from shower fixtures. Made them looks brand new.

Purchased to restore shine to Ambulance aluminum diamond plate. I was looking for some magic wand because using an industrial buffer for hours wasn't going to happen. The diamond plate on our old rigs has never been cared for except washing daily. Recently we had a PR event and we take pride in our ride and giving back to Communities. Spent a few hours touching up our oldest truck. People were very impressed. The photos; 1st is how it turned out. I only did the front wheels and some plate on the rear side. The 3rd pic is the wheel before. The 2nd pic is one of the corners in back. The 4th pic is part of the rear bumper. You can see the spot very clearly. And I hope to finish the rest. The plate covered gas tanks on the side will be a big task. Follow the video the company has exactly and it's no problem. I did not use their polish, but I think it would be as superior as 3M's metal polish or Simichrome. I use all. One tip: If your plate is really bad, and ours is, it may work to soak a wash cloth with the deoxidizer...not a lot... and set it on the plate. (For vertical trim, you may have to tape it on.) Then let it set for a while. It will deoxidize that spot. Finish it with the polish and it will look almost new. For large areas, use a thin beach towel. For really distressed metal, you may need more product of course. But it's worth the savings in time and energy!

My truck was getting a bit old but the paint job was still nice. The rims were clean but being aluminum , the looked dull. I used this products on both the paint ans rims then topped it off with a wax liquid sealant and they look so nice and my truck is now the envious of the neighborhood. And it’s a 2003 Toyota Tacoma, extended cab 4x4. It’s made it looked like it was five years old again and very clean. Did not dull any other metals I accidentally touched while applying it but do a spot check on your car first. All paints are different.

Not as effective as I had anticipated!

This stuff works like nothing I've ever seen. It's super fast, you can see the product start working almost instantly. I can not believe what a great job this does. I used this on a diamond plate tool box and then polished it with the California Customs "Purple Metal Polish" and my tool box looks BRAND NEW!!! BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU WANT TO REMOVE OXIDATION, IT WORKS! I recommend also buying Purple Metal Polish too, it works to polish and restore to a like new finish after using the Aluminum Deoxidizer. It's well worth the money!

I had high hopes for this Aluminum Deoxidizer, especially since I wanted to spruce up my window aluminum frames and utensil rack. Unfortunately, it fell flat on its promises, leaving me with oxidized disappointment. I followed the instructions diligently, hoping to see a transformation in the oxidized coating. However, despite my efforts, this product proved to be nothing more than a waste of money. The stubborn oxide coating remained untouched, and I was left wondering if the deoxidizer was working at all. If you're considering this product for aluminum cleaning, I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere. In my experience, it simply didn't deliver the results it claimed, leaving me with regret and a dent in my wallet. Save your money for a more effective solution.

Arrived well packaged, reasonable price and worked great! I've tried several other products to clean and deoxidize my cast aluminum motorcycle engine/transmission cases and they all required lots of scrubbing and repeated applications with little progress. This product made the work easy and worked great! Brushed it on with a paint brush and wipe off the oxidation. Highly recommended!

Quality products used on my Aluminum boat combined with their purple polish maintains my boat in good condition, this product typifies the saying " you get what you pay for" because it works.

My friend used a different brand that said on the bottle: Super Shine Aluminum Polish for uncoated aluminum. No matter how much of that other lotion he applied and wiped, it just turned a dull grey. So I brought over the very watery green Aluminum Deoxidizer for him to try and I was surprised it didn't shine up his aluminum. Then he applied his product again, and while it was still damp, we applied the Aluminum Deoxidizer and just like that!, the aluminum shone and we could see it brighten. After buffing with a microfibre towel it was really bright and pretty! A word of caution however, if you let streaks run down your aluminum, it is not easy to buff out. We started over with the other stuff and then finished with my green Aluminum Deoxidizer. Looks almost brand new. Only thing i can fault is: there this product ahould be hugely stocked in Amazon warehouses that it's next day delivery, not 6-10 days!

I tried to polish with Mother's Aluminum Polish and had a little success. Then I used the aluminum deoxidizer before polishing and what a difference. I would suggest that you do not try to polish dull aluminum without using this product or another deoxidizer. However, I've never tried any other and can only speak for this one. It worked very well for me.
