How do you use the entrance water feeder dispenser?

You have to remove the piece that cover the entire entrance, I trim it to fit around the water feeder

Does the smoker have a tray for the bottom for air flow?

There is a circular disc in the smoker that has decent sized holes in it. There is a vent at the back of the smoker toward the bottom chamber that comes into the smoker about a quarter of an inch. The circular disc (or tray) is held up by that vent. I have not used my smoker yet as I won't have my bees until the end of March.

What are the two valve looking things for?

I believe what your talking about is the 2 front feeders.. I would suggest reading the description then looking each item up on maybe YouTube to see how each is used
