Oh dear, not so good. I have enjoyed using Chef Paul's wide range of seasonings, blackened Magic blends, etc. BUT this one is simply chemical smoke flavour ( it says natural but... ) and heavily oppressive pepper, some celery salt, then some cayenne or cheap ground chilli. What a pity, I would have been fuming IF I had ruined a couple of prime rin eye steaks using this on them, without trying the blend out first. It may be liked by some but this one isn't going to be on my grill. 1st off smoke flavour comes from the wood chips you use, not some synthetic "natural" so-called hogwash smoke flavour - Damn the food scientists for messing around with our palates with their E numbers.
