Jogger Kit for Bicycle, Aluminum, Black/Silver, 16 inches

Good news this product works great and fits the old style dog trailer! It wasn’t too hard to put together. The instructions failed to tell you that it comes in a box without the center rod attached and with caps that are rubber on the ends of the axle for the wheel. All you need to do is remove the protective rubber caps, Remove the Black nut opposite the yellow tensioner on the center rod And remove one of the Springs. Place the center rod Through the axle Of the wheel. Replace the spring and the nut and tighten until everything touches. Insert it through the metal bars that hold the wheel on fully, Then you fold down the yellow tensioner. If it’s too loose and it won’t hold, tighten the black nut a bit. If you can’t fold down the yellow tensioner unscrew the black nut a little bit. Rides very smoothly good build quality. Excellent product so much better than the wobbly leg that came with the stroller kit for this product. Not too bad for 130 bucks - makes the product usable. Increases comfort for my pup! update approximately one month later we got rid of the item because you cannot steer when you use this wheel attachment. If you want to steer, you have to push down or pull up on the handle and lift the occupant inside the trailer. The trailer started coming apart, a little bit from all the pushing and pulling to try to steer. It works great to go in straight directions only and I love how you can center the thing but unless you are going back-and-forth on an exactly straight track it’s useless.

Perfect fit into our Burley. The standard little wheel was not working for any time of "off road" use. This wheel, although it makes it more difficult to turn, makes rolling over rocks and roots a breeze!

A must have addition for burley trailer we have already used for hundreds of miles and has been great

Seems great, haven’t been able to use it yet due to a flat tire on delivery (I’ll need to get a new tube for it which I’m sure will solve the problem)

Really the title says it all. It adds some smoothness to the ride, more than the regular wheel setup. Mine came in and when attached leans a bit to one side. It is difficult to compensate for it with the tension springs. I’m not sure if I’m doing it wrong, but I just can’t get it to go straight for me…

Sorry. Don’t get the jogger kit, it’s a waste of money. The locked wheel makes it hard to turn. You have to tip the carriage everytime. I use the regular stroller wheel, and even when rollerblading downhill it keeps up perfectly. And that’s way faster than a runner could go.

It’s much easier to push the stroller straight with this wheel.

Works great. I use it often. It took about a quarter-mile to fine-tune the tracking of the front wheel the first time I installed it. I haven't had to adjust it since then, even after uninstalling and reinstalling many times. I'm using it with a Burley D'Lite Single, 2020 model year.
