I like that this multivitamin is not only tailored to the nutrients teen boys need, but it also includes nutrients specific to aiding gut health. That said--be forewarned. These pills smell like a vegan's unwashed armpit after he spent a week at a hot-yoga retreat in the desert heat of an Arizona summer. My son and I spent a month counting down the days until they were used up and we could try a different--and hopefully less stinky--product. If, however, your sense of smell is less sensitive than mine, go for it.
