Premium Computer Tool Kit - 55 Piece

I debated quite a bit on a toolset to get. This one was perfect: it had the tools I need and NO soldering iron. Any iron you get in a kit like this is destine to fail. These tools are good quality for the price and everything you need for computer repair. I cut my own cables for my computers, and this kit is exactly what I need. In terms of your average computer goer, more than enough. I just need to buy a separate soldering iron. Not only is it useful for computer repair, but any electronics for the matter. The torx drivers make it perfect for cell phones, laptops and any electronic device I have. The mini-screwdrivers are perfect for tiny situations and the carry case is icing on the cake. My ONLY con so far is the voltage checker. While it does its job, a Volt Meter (gives actual readings) would have been better, but that's just being picky.

I use this toolkit at work all the time and have seldom needed to reach for something not in the kit. I received the same kit for a Christmas present and couldn't be happier. The set is pretty complete, especially for computer repair, and I've yet to break a piece. The only issue is the small, dim flashlight, but I didn't knock a star for it because my work area is well-lit and I already have several good flashlights so I'll never use it. So five stars for this awesome little set!

All tools included are good quality. Some others have complained about screwdriver not holding bits, but all you have to do is push them in to lock in place. Also flashlight has a sturdy plastic sleeve wrapping the batteries, and if you keep the batteries in the sleeve they will hold in place correctly for the light to function. All other tools are what they are and are good quality. I have used Fellowes tool kits in the past and will continue to do so.

A nice computer toolkit. I use it every time I work on a computer or build a new one. The variety of tools is excellent and contains just about everything you would need to build or upgrade a pc or laptop. If you are looking for an inexpensive yet comprehensive selection of tools, this may be for you. I am happy with it. The only additional tool you might need is a larger philips screwdriver. The set included is fine, but a little to small when torque is needed for a stubborn screw.

hands down, this is the best computer tool box I have ever used. I lost the one I had previously, so I was so glad to see that you guys carried it. I am extremely happy with my purchase! Thank you guys so much.

I don't expect superior quality in these low-priced tool kits, but I was definitely disappointed in this product. The screwdriver is essentially useless. It is a clever design with a swivel head, but poorly designed. It is a challenge to keep the head straight and sturdy when used as an ordinary screwdriver. I can't imagine one would fare any better with the head set at a 90 degree angle. I broke down and bought a Klein multi-tip screwdriver as a replacement--that improved the utility of the kit immensely. The flashlight is useless. In this day and age, a cheapy incandesent flashlight is little more than a toy. A compact LED flashlight would have been a better choice. Overall, if you replace the screwdriver, the kit is serviceable. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
