Comfortable and helps.
I find this comfortable and feel that it has definitely improved the pain levels I had , not a miracle cure but a genuine improvement.

Does the job but velcro fastening is terrible
The plus side is that yhis has helped a lot with my ITB problems. It's not a silver bullet but it definitely allows me to run further without any pain, than I was able to before. It's also very comfortable. The downside is the velcro fastening. It just doesn't fasten securely. I've lost track of the number of times the velcro has come undone and I've had to stop my run to retrieve the strap from the road. Never had this problem with any other ITB straps I've used.

Uncomfortable
The band is nice and light compared to others I have tried, and it seems to work, but due to the fact that it is finished really badly I have had to stop wearing it. Several of the edges are really sharp/rough, and it soon starts to rub. I have tried trimming parts of the material, but it's still not useable.

Pain release
Having developed pain in the thigh over the past few months with even walking up steps difficult, I thought " give it a go nothing to lose " Immediate relief ! ! Pain all but gone from just one use ! Well done supregear ! I hope the velcro grip remains firm. In ant event I will be odering a spare.

Not a cure, but great help stabilising.
Used this for the Cardiff Half Marathon 2019. Although I still had IT band twitches after the race, I'm convinced that it would have been much worse without this band. I finished with slight pain in the last two miles, but without this I think I may not have finished.

Cheap
Price was good but I'm not sure how effective it is. Really uncomfortable and had to trim some of the velcro as it rubs against the skin when wearing it. It's fine now though.

Could do to be wider as when you tighten the width narrow the are also too stretch , I understand they need give but they give too much also the harder foam piece could do with being longer
