ARMOR Tool Auto-Jig Pocket Hole System

What's not to like, if you have a pocket jig and you trying to work out where the collar need to be and what screws you need. This does all the hard work for you

I tried to send this note to the home office but they blocked the message. John Nicholls <[email protected]> 12:45 PM (1 minute ago) to Armor I bought one of your Auto-Jig APJ-1400 I thought it looked like a great idea. After using it I find the leaver that draws the wood in tight before locking it does not tighten the wood enough to stop it from moving when drilling. A lever would make a much better method of bringing the piece in tight to lock it in. Also, the metal block with the 2 holes for drilling, binds the drill bit in every time you use it, don't know why unless it's just heat from drilling. I'm going to open this hole up by a couple of thousands to see if this is the problem. Other than those issues I love the device, if I can get those issues corrected it will make pocket hole drilling faster than lightning, which is good. If you have any suggestions I would appreciate hearing from you. John Nicholls

Will make Pocket Holes joinery much easier

I've been using this jig for the past 2 years and I've been 100% satisified with the tool. Easy to setup and easy to use. I recently broke the end off of the drill bit and I'd like to get it replaced. I've looked for Armor's support but have been unable to find anything and it appears they've been taken over by Bora Tools as of May 2024. Anyone have any advice?
