Awful! Do not buy!! The positive reviews must be fake, the cup itself is ok, looks nice and is lightweight. But the lid makes it totally unfit for purpose, cheapest quality plastic, doesn't fit very well and the opening mechanism is really stiff due to the cheap Christmas cracker toy quality plastic. Very disappointed, at that price they should produce a quality coffee cup, you will regret buying this i assure you.

Nice smaller size cup. Feels good and doesn't get hot to touch. Not quite big enough for a regular costa size machine drink and doesn't keep it hot for long. Does not taint the flavour of your drink which is good.

Great product

The cup is beautiful, and of a good quality. However, it appears very small in comparison to majority of reusable cups on a market, Unfortunately, I have requested a return, but never had a reply from the company.....? Not sure about their customer service.
