Smears after a few mins of wearing it.

This eyeliner is not waterproof or smudge proof. I have folded eyelids and most of the eyeliner I get I have to make sure won’t smudge to my top lid. This is not one of those eyeliners. I want to be able to cry in my eyeliner and still have it look good. Even thought the shape and size of the item is perfect and the tip is nice and pointy, I find myself having to shake it like a pen because it’ll run out quickly. I don’t recommend if you’re looking for a good waterproof liner
