My empoyers gave me this to use as a laptop stand. I would say it works OK for light/small laptops but I primarily use it as an iPad stand. My partner got very jealous of my stand so I bought him another one! We've been using the stands daily for over a year now, and it has shown only little signs of the black paint being worn. It's super sturdy and light weight. I like that it has various options for angles, and that it folds flat so can be stored away easily. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and would buy another if we had a third iPad!

I wasn't expecting much from this stand given how cheap it is but I was very surprised. The build quality is great, it holds my 3KG gaming laptop easily and I can even close the lid on that laptop and stack another one on top of it and it's totally fine. The range of angles is great, I have it at the 3rd-highest setting and it's ideal for one handed occasional typing and trackpad use with the keyboard elevated right up. I can align my laptop screen with my external monitor screen and use it as a second display. At the highest setting the laptop is pretty much fully vertical, and at the lowest setting it is just raised off the desk slightly. Really impressive to see on a budget stand like this. Keeps the laptop cooler than just resting it on a table since air can get behind the stand easily. The mesh design is very effective.

Good little laptop stand. I use this when I go into the office. It packs flat to fit in my bag. Sometimes the stand doesn’t slot easily into the gaps, hence the 4 stars. Still, for the price it’s a good stand.

I recently started a new job where I've been provided with an old laptop and an extra monitor. The laptop overheats a lot and the fan is always going full speed - not anymore with this! I can feel the laptop is definitely cooler and doesn't fan as much, which also means I get a little bit of extra battery life. This stand is also adjustable, so if you just want to slightly lift it off the surface you're working on, it works perfectly for that, or if like me you want to lift it and adjust it to another monitor next to it, it's perfect. There are 10 gradients to choose from, I have mine on the 8th and fully open so I can adjust the bottom of the laptop screen to the extra monitor, and it saves me some space on the desk to have a wireless keyboard. It has a support at rhe bottom so no risk of your laptop falling off. It's made of metal so quite sturdy, and I've used it on a cushion from when I work from the sofa and it's still sturdy then. Folds flat when you're not using it as well. My only regret is not buying one sooner!

The idea behind the stand is sound, with there being no limit to airflow thanks to the mesh on the bottom of the stand. This resulted in thermals being reduced by about 5-10 degrees Celsius, which is quite impressive in my opinion. This is the end of the positives for me. The biggest issue is that the stand, when the laptop is inclined, is not held in position, with it gradually moving down as I am typing this review thanks to the vibrations on the desk from my external keyboard. I've only owned this stand for 24 hours, and I'm already experiencing the issues with the rubber feet peeling off of the stand when they're meant to be holding my laptop, which does not bode well for ownership and use after this period. Alongside this issue, the little flip-up piece at the front of the stand has too shallow an angle to actually hold my laptop. I think it would work on a thinner laptop like a MacBook Air or Pro (probably the thickest that could be held securely). The build quality is a little on the flimsy side, though this would not be an issue to someone who is setting the stand up and just leaving it, with not touching the laptop or the stand very much, if at all. Adjusting the height is pretty simple (as long as the laptop is not on it as it doesn't have very much mass so as to prevent it from flying off). One of the other reviewers of this product had an issue where some of the welds holding the item together broke, and I can see why now I have one in person - they appear to be flimsy, with the welds themselves creaking when I attempted to open the laptop-holding flap open far enough to hold my thicker-than-average gaming laptop. I do have to concede, however, that the coverage of the stand of my laptop is superior to many on Amazon, with it supporting the entirety of my 15.6" laptop, whereas many stands in the 'foldable' category only appear to fully support 13" laptops, resulting in larger laptops precariously spilling over the sides. Due to these issues, I am returning the item within 48 hours of ownership as I will be traveling with this stand, taking my laptop off and putting it back daily, and I don't want end up with a mangled mess when I travel with the stand, which I believe maybe the case due to the flimsy steel that has been used in the construction. Overall, I would say that this should only be purchased by someone who wishes to use this on a desktop-replacement laptop and not someone who wishes to take their laptop off the stand with any regularity due to the dodgy build quality of the stand.

Three rubber stoppers on the stand to help the laptop not slip weren't attached on the stand at all. Only one remained. There are also burn marks around the spots where rubber used to be attached to. The price is ok for the product I received, but if I had to choice to go with a better build quality for a few more euros, I wouldn't get this product again.
