Steinbach,Your review of these Energy Strips is so misleading based on misinformation gathering on your part there have been countless scientific project studies researching "ASPARTAME" few if any have found any adverse effects even when given at 200mg/kg. Aspartame has been found to be safe for human consumption by more than ninety countries worldwide. Perhaps you should spend more time consuming information the is based off legitimate scientific source studies.And by the way these work great for those of us who either need the B-12 because of a deficiency or look for a little extra boost each day.I'd give a five star rating but because it dose not contain any other vitamins such as Folic acid and other B vitamins.

Got these as I have read a few articles detailing the lack of Vitamin B12 people have and as such decided to try some strips.They taste OK - sort of a cherry cough syrup overtone, but really not that bad. HOWEVER I will not buy these ever again.*THEY CONTAIN ASPARTAME.*There was no notice of ingredients (at least when I purchased them) otherwise I would have steered clear. Why would you have a known neurotoxin in vitamin supplements? Seems a bit counter-productive.Anyways, if you don't care about aspartame, have fun. They will work for you.

I noticed only a slight increase in energy from taking 2 servings at once (two strips) No negative side effects, just not a very effective product. If you are sensitive to caffeine and other stimulants then this product may work for you, I personally would have liked a stronger product and will not purchase these again.

Love the strips and the taste, they dissolve easily and give me alot of energy when I'm feeling sluggish in the afternoon

I'm not sure. I've tried the whole pack now, & can't honestly say I've experienced the energy boost promised. Perhaps I'm doing it wrong?
