I'm looking for something to make sewing a lightweight knit fabric easier (no rolling). Will this work?

I've not used this on knits. I use it primarily for embroidery. I have, however. used a light weight interfacing made for knits and that does help. Make sure you purchase a stabilizer made for knits. Hope this helps.
