Replacement Belt Buckle Vintage Blank Plain Belt Buckle Fits 1-1/2"(38mm) Belt Strap-Multi-Style Options

I wanted a buckle that was more low-key, not big & flashy. A buckle that would compliment my boots, but I could still wear with a suit. A buckle that is not the first thing you notice -not screaming for your attention. This buckle is the perfect answer. It’s not big, but big enough, at only 3 inches across at the widest point. I chose the Antique Brass color with the rope boarder. Yes, it is very plain. No initials. No animals. No championship contest announcements. Just a simple, antique brass-colored oval. This buckle is not polished and does not shine. But the marbled tones of light and dark are very respectable. Exactly what I wanted. The buckle fits my 1 1/2 inch leather belts well. So far, I pair this buckle with my brown belt and brown boots, although the marbling also makes a perfect contrast with black. By the way, there is a 2 1/2 inch space between the loop and the stud -just in case your belt is a close fit. Lastly, the value is exceptional. For a metal belt (albeit zinc and not silver) this is not a plastic, toy buckle. It appears well made and sturdy. At least my pants have not fallen down yet! Lol! Can you tell I am very pleased with this purchase?

I made wood inserts to go into these plain buckles. I tried to use another vendor on Amazon when these guys raised the price by 20%. Unfortunately the other vendor's buckles were a different size so didn't fit the finished inserts I had made. Good quality though. They latch the belt very well and are sturdy.

Buckle looks nice when you get it but doesn't hold up to a lifestyle that has heavy wear and tear. I do alot of equine and rodeo related stuff and the wear was very noticeable after a year. Great if you just buy this as a fashion piece, but if you have a more active lifestyle then you may consider investing in something else.

This is a very nice replacement buckle for a western-style belt. The wire bale and belt hook are solidly brazed to the back of the buckle. It was free of blemishes and well finished. The buckle is stout and should last a long time.

The quality was great. We used them to engrave on for groomsmen aty sons wedding.

I'm not a fan of large buckles typically as they're usually too flashy for my taste. This is perfect! It gets the job done and isn't too gaudy to wear on a daily basis. I've had mine for roughly 4 years now and I would recommend it to anyone.
