Price is right, gets the job done, great angle for high places
Was shopping around for down angle stand for my Adams Audio speakers (7" I believe) and they are situated on top of Ikea cube 4x2 shelves that are on either side of my standing desk. As I sit most of the time and these speakers are very directional really wanted an option that would not only direct the cones towards me, and also would provide sound isolation. Many of the other options were well over $100 and although I'm sure they are probably worth it for long term durability, these get the job done. They offer I believe 3 combinations for increasing angles and for these that are sitting about 5' off the ground the most downward angle pretty much directs these right at my ears. This really helped with the sound stange and images when I'm listening to different tracks and really made a big difference in the setup. In addition as I live in an apartment with very little insulation in downtown, this also greatly reduced the base transfer to the point where there is almost no transfer to my desk even at pretty loud volumes (these are monitors in a small apartment so they dont' need much). For the price these can't be beat for an entry level, I'm sure that you can get more isolation but if you are on a budget you will forget about the other options in short order.

Foaming at the mouth!
Despite their ill fitting brand name, which has been a dependable and reputable electronics business based in my hometown Brooklyn, New York going on 60 years and led by New York business mogul Abe Brach, Pyle electronics in your household and car audio needs will always be regarded as a pile of pure QUALITY! Can’t go wrong with these customizable sound dampening foam risers. The pair consists of 4 detachable and angled foam pieces. Not only can do these babies dampen the reflective sound from my solid wood butcher block standing desk, but I can also now angle my Klipsch bookshelf speakers with up to at least 4 different angles and positions per speaker! Naturally, I had to experience these new sonically enhancing foam buddies with everyone’s favorite vinyl record, Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon and after spending several hours adjusting speaker placement AND NOW foam riser angling; within the first few minutes of listening these foam risers literally brought tears to my eyes as it sounded like I was listening to this classic record for the first time again which was last year because this vinyl record thing is just “another one of my college phases” according to my father. Despite his snide put downs and constantly reminding me how disappointed he is with my new life long passion of vinyl records and new found self-superiority with the ability to hear audio nuances literally nobody cares about except me and the man at the record store who has no choice but to hear me intolerably sing ad nauseum the laurels of vinyl freedom, my father will never know the difference 4 pieces of foam actually makes and I will stop at nothing to prevent him and everyone else I don’t like from the benefits of my new little foam buddies. This is who I am now Dad, why won’t you just love me? Anyway, you’ll just have to see AND hear the difference for yourself.

Does the job, saves a little cash
I've used these kinds of pads for a while now, and they do a great job. The Auralex ones have always been my go-to, but their price has jumped a bit in the last year, so I decided to give the Pyle product a try. These stands work every bit as good as the higher-priced alternatives. I'm using the 'medium' ones -- roughly 9" x 12" to hold a pair of Prodipe Ribbon 8 Pro studio monitors in my practice rig. They give me the proper angle, and keep the coupling down. (If you're looking for huge, boomy bass, maybe these pads aren't for you. If you're looking for solid, natural bass they do the trick.) To be fair, the Pyle pads might be just a smidge softer/spongier than their Auralex equivalents. It's hard to say for sure, because: a) I don't have two identically-sized stands to compare; and b) the difference is subtle. Plus, I don't have anything to measure the difference except my 'calibrated fingers.' Nevertheless, the foam stands up to my 13kg (28.6lb) monitors without any noticeable compressing, so the product is clearly stiff enough to do the job. I've got them in the 'steep' setup using the extra wedges, and the monitors sit firmly in place; I'm not worried about drift, even though they're being used in a rock band practice room. What's wrong with them? Nothing I can see, other than they say "Pyle" on them, rather than having a premium name that your friends will nod to with respect. Oh, and I wasn't able to dump all of the $40 that was cluttering up my wallet. ;-)

Great isolation stands
These work very well. I put them under some older CV AT-8's in our living/main stereo listening room, and they really do great isolating the speaker so you hear just the speaker, not the reaction of the speaker with other environmental stuff (floor, etc). I like how it really cleans up the sound and isolates it. Price was right, and you can use the two pieces of foam for multiple configurations. They are pretty big, but my speakers go over the sides a bit on either side (but it's not a big deal). Cons: they can attract a bit of dust/cat hair, but nothing a vac cannot clean up.

Movie night now in PEACE
We have very large Samsung tower speakers for our home theater. Unfortunately the Bass was vibrating the entire apartment and causing neighbors to complain. I purchased these on a hope that we could enjoy our movie nights without arguments and I can honestly say these were WELL worth the purchase. Once in use, our bass and sound came stronger out of the speakers with almost NO vibrations thru the floor. We can sit and feel it on our couches so the theater effect is still in full force....but literally nothing is felt in the floor! Action scenes no longer give me anxiety....no longer awaiting that knock at the door. Movie night is now enjoyed in peace !!

El producto me llegó bien a tiempo. Estaba perfectamente empacado. La calidad del material es muy buena. Se adaptó perfecto a mi base de mis bocinas monitores. El tamaño quedó bien. Se nota que aislan bien las vibraciones de los monitores, y se nota que el sonido sale claro.
