Love it in my protein pancake recipe! Great source of fiber. Eat coconut flour recipes with coffee/tea/ milk whatever liquid because I feel like it has a lot of fiber and your body needs extra liquid with it.

This comes in a thick plastic pouch with a zip lock to keep it fresh once it's opened. I also really appreciated that the bottom of the bag is gusseted, so it will stand up, making it easier to extract the product from it. Coconut flour can go a little rancid, and this appears to be quite fresh with an expiration date 2 years and 7 months out! I thought the price was good, particularly for an organic product.

I like the flavor and the value but the packaging was definitely not airtight as it arrived with a hole. There was a slice in the packaging and flour spilled out from it into the mailer. Not much and I’m happy most of it is fine but it makes me a bit scared to use it as I don’t know what might have gotten into the bag through that hole. Other than that the product looked completely fine and good. I would purchase again hoping that my next bag has no holes or cuts in it.

I bake a lot of gluten-free things for my allergy prone grandkids. I've found this coconut flour to be of the best quality. As soon as you open the package your nose will agree. It has a wonderful, clean smell. I will only buy organic coconut flour and to find it at a reasonable price is a bonus. They also sent me a first rate coconut flour e-cookbook that I've been using like crazy.

Good product and the makers send me email with really quite helpful information, offers to provide recipes so I know how to use the product in my kitchen. I've used it twice in a meatball recipe and it is quite good. Of course it has a different texture than wheat, more grainy. But that texture of wheat flour is gluten, which is my whole problem, so I don't mind the texture difference.

I've made pancakes with this coconut flour several times & they are good! But I'd suggest you look for this recipe: "Easy Coconut Flour Pancakes Recipe with Cream Cheese - Low Carb." It's easy to mix & works & tastes much better than the other one I tried with 9 ingredients. I've also made Choc. Chip cookies with it, but they were very dry. I'm going to try other recipes using it. Be advised: coconut flour "keeps you moving" if you know what I mean. You won't be constipated using this flour!

I have a severe gluten and wheat allergy. After experiencing an allergic reaction to almond flour and not wanting the high carb count of rice flour, I purchased coconut flour. It was a hit! For my son's 14th birthday, we shared a great bonding moment baking and eating sugar cookies using this flour. I experienced absolutely no allergic reaction. Thank you to the producers of this product!
