When this neck-harness arrived, I was surprised by how sturdily built it is. Very impressive. Beefy! Although the neck muscles are obviously some of the most important in the entire body, they are often some of the most neglected and forgotten. Let's face it. Specifically targeting and training the neck is usually an afterthought for a lot of athletes. I think this is because it's sometimes difficult, awkward, and just plain inconvenient to actually train the neck. This harness addresses and remedies those issues. It's super sturdy, super easy to use, fully adjustable, fully padded, very comfortable, and easy to just throw in your workout/gym bag. For me, it seems like the perfect combination between the old-school "dungeon-training" and five-star comfort. The chain can be used with either plates or dumbbells, and the d-rings and carabiners can be used to clip in to the cable of a weight-machine. Furthermore, the design of the harness lets you target specific and various angles. Very versatile. I like to train my neck on the days I train shoulders (deltoids/trapezii). This seems to me like the most logical way to integrate the different neck-exercises, as those muscles aforementioned are all interrelated. And, this harness is the perfect "tool" to implement neck-training and put those exercises back into your workout-routine. Give this specialty piece of workout-gear a try! I love how simple it is to use. Just put it on and strap it up. It's amazing. It can even adjust to different head sizes. I use it every other day, and have noticed improvements in the quality of my pushups. When keeping the shoulders down you gotta use neck muscles to hold your head. I noticed my neck feels much more comfortable when doing pushups since I've strengthened it a bit with the VikingStrength Head Harness. However, the only 2 things I dont like about it, the reason for the 4 stars for comfort.thia might be a personal problem, but the chin strap kinda scratches the underside of my chin. I haven't tried wearing it every possible way, but I'm sure there's a simple solution to the scratching. Might be my head size and shape, maybe I'm just strapping it on too fast cuz it's not that irritating and I just wanna train. Overall it's an amazing product and I'd say it's worth every penny if you want a strong neck. Great for building a solid defense.

Due to a lack of time I could only use the harness one time. I have a huge head, many hats and helmets I. wear barely fit even if I chose the largest size available. The harness is on its limit concerning my head size but it stays inlace if it is properly wrapped around my head. Believe me: That shows one of the qualities of this product. I already had a lot of problems concerning this. The effect of the exercise was good. My neck pain, that I often have, decreased. So, I am happy with the harness and hope that it lasts for a long time.

Great product

Very well made. I take care of all my tools, and that is what gym equipment is. You treat it like crap, and they will become crap. I don't know why it would take three months for someone to determine the quality of something and if they like it. I know right away. That said. Works great and well made with H.D stiching and hook and loop closure fasteners. However, and Maybe I have A bigger than average top of head to chin length, but I could use approx 1-2 more inches in length on the chin strap. No other issues at all so far though. Good job filling the need. Thank you.

Great product, very comfortable. The quality is awesome, I have a martial arts academy and already ten students try it, they love it. I recommend the product.

The harness works fine for basic neck training and the padding helps with comfort. The D-ring feels sturdy and the workout app is a nice touch. But the fit can be a little awkward, and the straps don’t feel as durable as I expected. Overall, it does the job but doesn’t quite live up to the “premium” label.

Great quality. Cheap price. Velcro does go after a few months (year) of excessive use. Sowed new velcro on.

Work ,great . Do not over use it or put too much weight , do not rotate your head in an unnatural way with it !,the neck is a fragile area
