If i don’t remove the plug on the cable, can i cut the rubber in half? will it still create a good seal? not sure how else to get the big plug thru

Not sure if you can cut it, but when I did mine, I unpinned my plugs and ran them thru. Then re pinned the plug on the other side. You could also just cut the wires and solder them back together.
