Hair Color Cream PPD Free Hair Dye, Ammonia Free Hair Color, Vegan Odorless with Sun Protection - Natural Black

Over the years, I’ve developed a severe allergy to chemical dyes, which has caused painful swelling and blistering of my scalp and skin. Because of this, finding a safe hair dye has been a real challenge. I’ve tried numerous so-called “natural” options — including Herbal Time, Indus Valley Henna Hair Dye, Phyto Care Herbal Hair Dye, and Vegtal Hair Dye — but none of them worked for me. In fact, they all left my hair an odd shade of purple! This product, however, has been a complete game-changer. It gave my hair a rich, natural-looking black colour with absolutely no itching, irritation, or burning sensation. I did leave each cream on for about 20 minutes (a little longer than recommended), but it worked perfectly — and, best of all, it didn’t stain my skin at all. I’m honestly so grateful to have finally found a hair dye that’s both effective and gentle. I’ll definitely be sticking with this one!

If I could this minus stars I could. This was possibly the worst box dye I have ever used. This product claims to be natural. Lies. I wanted to try something for delicate for my hair. The overpowering egg smell is sulphate. The same over powering egg smell you would get in a hair colour remover. Clearly they have over compensated no PPD and no ammonia with more sulphate. I started rinsing my hair out, it was breaking and falling out in pieces! Not to mention the messiest dye I have ever washed out, this is a person who has been all colours! Most expensive waste of time. I used to have a block fringe. Now it is frazzled and won't sit against my face. This product has destroyed my hair.

I recently found out that I had several allergies after having an allergic reaction from my first attempt at colouring my hair. Because I was originally frightened of having a reaction it was recommended that I try Henna and indigo. Unfortunately I reacted to it so was very reluctant to try anything else. I was told that what I used was probably not 100% pure even though it stated it on the packaging. After doing several patch tests with different products I was ready to give up until I read the reviews for this product. I don't mind having some highlights, I just wanted something to tone down the top of it, in the middle because it started to look like someone had poured white paint on top of my head 🙈. The results of my first attempt is that I had no reaction. I didn't keep it on for too long so I didn't get a complete coverage but it has definitely toned down the white patch in the middle. I will be try this dye again and will leave on a bit longer to see what the results are

SO OKAY, JUST AS IMPORTANT .... IT WORKS GREAT, LOOKS GREAT, DOES NOT CONSTANTLY LEAVE BLACK STAINS ON YOUR HANDS EVERY TIME YOU TOUCH YOU'RE HAIR IN THE DAYS THAT FOLLOW USING IT. ITS JUST SO GREAT, OTS QUICK TO USE, COMPLETELY SAFE FOR ME AND I AM I PROMISE ALLERGIC TO VIRTUALLY EVERYTHING ELSE SO TRUST MY EXPERIENCE AND ALL THE TIMES I SUFFERED FROM ALLERGIC REACTIONS WHEN I SAY THIS IS SAFE AND BRILLIANT, TOTALLY YOU SHOULD TRY THIS !! ESPECIALLY IF LIKE ME YOU ARE SENSITIVE AND PREVIOUSLY BELIEVED TO BE NOT SUITABLE TO USE ANY FORM OF HAIR DYE, BECAUSE WITH THIS YOU CAN (CONDUCT A PATCH TEST STILL)

The only hair dye that hasn't caused a reaction. I've given it 4 stars simply for that. I don't think it's value for money at all, you don't get a lot and it left a lot of my greys tinged purple. That said, I'll defo try it again. Just very expensive and doesn't last.

It dyes your hair blue! It's meant to be black, but you can see the blue in it. So I won't be buying again!

I'm extremely allergic to PPD and can't use many products. I have tried others that say PPD free and still exprienced slight reactions and fast wash out resulting in unsatisfactory colour results. I bought this a few back and did my skin patch test first. Nothing appeared on my skin. I went ahead and used the product, at first i felt a little skin sensitivity (but this is probably because my scalp is still healing) I left the product on for 35/40 mins in Total to try to get the best coverage. I washed it out and was delighted on blow drying to find it had covered my grey stands that usually turn a pinkish shade after a colour. I have washed my hair expecting the colour to wash away and leave me back to natural shade. Yes it slighty faded but not much. Second wash and its still in place and no grey hair. I'm so very happy with this product and I'm ordering my second one as soon as I finish typing this review. Hope this helps anyone else who suffered with PPD (this product is by far the best I have ever tried and it holds after the wash, maybe leaving it in a bit longer helps)

I ordered this a few months ago and it worked well, no reaction or side effects like other brands I’ve used in the past. Although the colour doesn’t stay on for that long it’s still worth it. BUT I ordered this again and for some reason it doesn’t work as well, it’s a reddish colour rather then black. What has changed or maybe I received a really old product?? Either way it needs to be sorted as originally this was a good natural alternative hair dye.

I use this product on my beard with no irritation. I’ve tried Just For Men in the past and it caused my face to burn and form pus.

Very good product for white bright hair you have to apply it twice first and second day to get the color
