Quick shipping, great seller, great product
Showed up faster than stated. Perfect condition and exactly as described. Had to trim it down to fit my exact shower play but that was simple too. Mark out your lines with a straight edge and cut them just as you would any lumber. Very little mess was made while cutting also. I’ve seen them used many times but was still skeptical in the hardness of the pan since it’s just foam. But let me tell you that is some super dense foam. Easy to use. Sturdy. A bit more pricey than the other brands but I think the reputation they have is worth the extra cost.

Great system, time saver and perfect results
This system is a life saver for a DIYer. After watching countless videos on how to make a mud base for a shower reno, we decided to go with this system and it worked flawlessly. The system already has the perfect slopes for draining and is perfectly laid out for alignment. Installation was easy and I would not install a shower without using this system again. It is a little pricey for all the elements, however if you consider the time saved, and if you are not an expert installer that can make a proper mud base, this is for you hands down.

Great product
I mean, this craps expensive styrofoam anyways, but it works great and cheaper than Lowe’s!

Game changer
Those days of pouring a shower pan are over for me. These are a game changer on the shower install world. If you want something that’s tile ready, this is it. Very user friendly. Just get compatible drain and components to go with it.

Pricey but worth it.
Building a new bathroom (DYI style) and was prepared to tackle a shower doing a mortar base. I found that there were easier methods such as this. Needed a large base that could be cut to fit. This is very easy to cut with a power saw instead of by hand. I used a battery powered saw with a plywood blade reversed which cut smoothly without shredding the membrane or foam. One thing I would do is make sure surface underneath is level and smooth. My base is installed on a slab leveled with about 1/2 inch of self leveling cement. Pricey but quality of product and ease is worth the cost.

will never do a mud bed again
This worked great for my walk in shower. Easy to cut and fit... The most important thing is to make sure your drain hole and the hole of the pan match perfectly. If you mess up or have a gap at your edge do not worry! you can pack it in with mortar then place membrane on top of it that overlaps an inch of the shower pan, just remember your 1/4 inch per foot slope. Below are the steps I took but before that I wanted to answer some questions you may have but you cannot find answers to (yet) on the internet Do you need to use the Schluter foam for the walls or their foam barrier? No this works as a regular shower pan, I do recommend buying the same brand drain kit... Others will work but their brand is comparably priced, fits perfect, and it comes with Schluter brand membrane covers for the drain and for your faucets. For the walls and barrier: I decided to save some money and just do the walls framed with treated 2x4's cover the frame with mold proof backerboard (1/4 inch) covered them with the mesh membrane (cheaper to buy from Amazon) using liquid membrane from Home Depot to adhere the mesh membrane to the Backerboard For the shower pan: 1. I dry fit and cut the pan 2. Added a layer of mortar to adhere the pan to my baseboard using the recommended trowel and pressed the pan into my baseboard 3. filled in my edge gaps with mortar then added a membrane on the newly added mortar to overlap an inch over the pan. (liquid membrane as the glue then added mesh membrane on top.) 4. Tiled my bedpan, when I got to the drain, used the foam template given to fit it, then packed mud under the drain and pressed it in so I had a proper fit, then tiled under it while the mortar was still setting under the drain so I could adjust the drain based off the tile. I hope this helps someone!

Great quality
This is a fine shower base. The entire schluter line seems to be very high quality and very functional. This was relatively easy to cut and fit in my shower area. I appreciate that it has the slope built in. I didn't want to guess and try to get that right with dry pack mortar. Worked well with the rest of my schluter stuff also.
