I ve been using this supplement long before it became popular. And Swanson brand means to me I can trust it will be good.

Good for the price. It seems that any type you purchase works. I like this one because of the price and also because it only requires 1 pill daily.

*Updated - I have tried a few other types, similar, but always return to this brand. I have stress issues and this works fairly well. Also helps with sleep. I was asked the taste. Rather bland capsule, but if left to melt in your mouth too long while getting a drink... not that pleasant.

I've been taking these for quite a while now (possibly 6 months) and though I have tried two other brands so far, these seem to be the best for me. I actually feel a difference with these. And they're less expensive for me because though the directions say "take one to three times a day", I only take one in the morning and that seems to be all I need.
