The 247-01 will not be able to install into 2007-Current 2 Door JK Wranglers with the Flip Seat because of the brackets that extend across the bottom of the seat. Unfortunately, we do not have an under seat security drawer available for your 2012 Wrangler 2-Door because of those brackets.
