I have tried other brands and this is, BY FAR, the best brown rice syrup for making candy. The texture is perfect and the flavor does NOT overwhelm your candy (unlike other brands that completely take over the flavor and ruin the candy). I use these for my caramels and they help give that perfect smooth texture to my soft caramels while adding a HINT of earthiness to settle down the sweetness. Most people can't actually taste the difference between caramels with this syrup and caramels with Coen syrup. This is my go to brand of brown rice syrup. You will not regret the purchase 😁
