Men's Bible (GNT - Good News Translation)

Like the sections that challenge you.

I was in a particularly bad spot when I found this book, and am very glad I did. It is, of course, a Bible, but the distinction is in how it is designed to help you navigate it. It is very well done and gives one a starting point from which to build upon. The margins are a little tight, but no big deal if you keep it laid flat. Most men won't care. It's the content and the guidance that counts.

Appreciate the devotions and challenge sections in the Bible. Good News is an easy to read and understand translation.

Wonderful edition of the Bible. Bought 2; gave one to my 20-something nephew, and it now has him reading it every evening. I believe it is helping him to come to himself and is answering a lot of life questions for him. A great book for young men trying to find themselves.

While I really like the Bible, I wished there were more rooms for notes etc. The print is so close to the back I almost have to break the binding to see what the last words were. I like the study lessons and devotionals, but felt the Bible was published on rather inexpensive paper. I wished this was leather bound and came in larger fonts for older people such as myself. I would not mind paying the usual price I pay for other Bibles, because I always come back to this one for comparative study and understanding. When you publish your first leather bound copy etc, please let me know. Very well done and may God Bless You all.

This is a great Bible! While I have not spent much time in this translation (GNT) the additional resources have been very helpful. We started a father son bible study using the challenge section pages as our platform and it has been worthwhile, effective and fun. I recommend it!!

I really loved this Bible but I was led to believe it was a devotional for men. If you need a new Bible, this is the one for you. If you are looking for a devotional, this is not something for you.
