Doll Tees Felt Fashions (American Girl)

Great quality as you would expect from American girl. The book is fantastic with great photos and ideas for decorating the two t shirts which come with this pack.It comes with stencils for all the designs and clear instructions. Unfortunately it does n't come with any felt, buttons or thread as you might have expected from the title which is why I have only awarded it a three. It is still good value for money as a plain t shirt would cost you £5 each. and I would buy again

My daughter and her friends had the best time doing this craft. But FYI-- it doesn't come with the felt and other materials needed to decorate the shirts. So load up on the craft materials before you sit down to do this.

Wow, the reviews are a little harsh here. No, the set does not come with any felt, tacky glue or accessories - you have to buy it yourself. It does have great stencils and good ideas, though, and my daughters and I had a very fun time creating shirts for their dolls. We followed the suggestion of using velcro fasteners to hold the designs on so that they can make more if they want to, and they loved that idea. Yes, you are paying quite a bit for what amounts to two tee shirts and some design ideas, but it's an American Girl product - what do you expect?

When my daughter opened the doll Tees felt fashion kit, she looked through the packaging for the felt pieces to decorate the tees. How disappointed to find that this kit only had 2 doll tees, stencils (which will be difficult to work with on felt) and an idea book. You have buy felt and other accessories to decorate these tees. A change in the cover packaging would be advised so customers know what they are getting--definitely not felt.

My kids were disappointed with this product because it came with the shirts, patterns, but no felt. Haven't had a chance to really use it because we don't have felt at home and I haven't had a chance to go get some.
