As in putting one stool on top of the other.. NO.. but i can tell you the build quality is really solid.. My kids love them with the bar table for breaky

What is the size of the footprint? will 2 stools fit under a 635mm wide Worktop facing each other without causing a trip hazard

The widest point at the bottom of my stools is 295mm(29.5cm) X2 so it should leave you 45mm (4.5cm)to spare - I don’t have a trip hazard & my work top is 600mm (60cm)
