Miracle Care Eye Wash Pads, 90 Single Use Pre-Soaked Pads to Gently Clean and Soothe Dog and Cat Eyes; Non Stinging Formula to Remove Eye Debris

I am so glad I finally found this product! I was looking for soft pads and drops that would not irritate my kittens eyes, would flush out the exudate and resolve or at least improve their symptoms. I was so fortunate to have 3 stray feral female cats have kittens on my porch in a 3 week period of time. lol. Then they all developed sneezing, conjunctivitis and nasal drainage. I found out they all were having their first out break of feline herpes, which is very common in stray cats and cats from shelters. Hopefully it will never resurface again. I spent hundreds of dollars on different eye drops on Amazon and from the vet. I was scared to purchase this product because it stated it contained boric acid, until I realized that it is also in the same Refresh lubricant drops I use in my eyes everyday. I absolutely love this product. All my kittens eyes have completely cleared up but one, who seems to have developed a partially closed eye duct from the inflammation from using so many other products that did not work quickly like this one did. I wish I had used this brand first! She tolerates this perfectly and lets me wash her eyes out and then use the pads to clean her eyelids and below. She is improving daily and she feels so much better. I always give her a small amount of KMR kitten formula as a treat for being such a good girl after I do this this to her everyday. All the other products I purchased either stung their eyes by the way they acted and they didn’t work like this product does. There is no smell and the pads are so soft and delicate that they are not painful, but do the job without tearing or leaving any fibers behind.

Works Like A Charm on my second container for my little man. He’s a maltipoo so light colored and he gets some pretty good eye boogers and his fur under his eyes would get stained. I started using these the stains are gone and it’s a gentle effective way to clean his eye boogers. They are soft easy to use and on the mornings when he doesn’t have as many I cut a pad in half so I can make them last longer.

These will not heal or stop tear stains from happening. They do however help with breaking up and wiping away the dried on crustiness from everyday watery eyes. I have a chihuahua/pekinese mix who is genetically prone to eye problems. He gets allergies and watery eye drainage and these help keep from crust building up. I will fold up one of these circle pads to where I can give the little inside of his eye crease a light scrub and the solution helps break up everything. I will then dry the area with a dry cotton round and put in his medicated drops after. These seem to soothe the skin a bit also.

My dog is okay with me cleaning tears stains. No odor. It does not seem to be aggressive enough.

These work wonders for our cats eyes!

I got these for my tom cat, who has mucus leaking from his chronically irritated eyes. It had gotten to the point that he kept his eyes closed as much as possible. I saw almost instant results once I used these eye wipes. It eased the irritation around his eyes and kept his eyes clear for hours. I've been using these for a few days and love the results. The wipes are thin and small, but worth the price. I don't know if these will fix his eyes, but they improve his quality of life.

We just adopted a Yorkie and I know it is hard to tell from the photo but I noticed that in the corner of his eyes (by the nose) he gets this 'eye gunk'. I really don't have a huge problem with tear stains but the eye needs to be cleaned to remove this gunk so I ordered these Miracle Care Eye Clear Sterile Eye Wash for that reason. The directions say to squeeze the liquid into the eye but I don't do that. I fold it in half and use my finger on one side of it for a little pressure and clean that gunk off the corner then unfold it so I can refold to a sterile area to go over the lid so it is nice and clean and wipe where tear stains would be just in case there is something there. I always use a new clean one for each eye. (Never use the same one for both eyes since you can transfer any infection or other problem from one eye to the other by doing so.) The pads come in a jar with a screw on lid and they themselves are thin and small but certainly big enough for my needs. I love that they are nice and wet so even if the gunk is dry to the skin or fur I can still get it off with no discomfort to my dog. I may have to use a new clean one and squeeze the liquid out onto the gunk and let it sit a few seconds to loosen it up first but it always comes off. (Knowing the directions say I can squeeze the liquid into the eye means I don't need to panic if any does get into his eye while I am trying to just get it on the gunk in corner.) The only thing I don't like about them is that they are very thin and when I try to grab one I end up with about 3 or 4 so I need to pull them apart which means I am now handling the pads by the part that I am about to wipe my dog's eye with. Naturally I always wash my hands first but even so, they are not sterile if I am handling them. I wish there was a better way to get just one at a time without having to handle them every time I need one. Even using sterile tweezers it is almost impossible to grab just one since they are so thin and stick together which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Update: 2/2/2020. After trying to get some locally to compare them to these with no luck, I continued to use these and it was easy to get my dog's eyes clean with them time and time again so I am sticking with them. My dog shows no eye irritation after all this time of use so I subscribe.

My cat always had a build-up of eye crusties after every sleep. She also had "tear stains" down the side of her nose. This was very noticeable on my white cat. The pads work very well at keeping the crusties at bay. Note: the pads are very, very thin and it is a bit difficult to peel off just one. I separate a few in advance so they are always ready.

We use this on our white Pomeranian-Maltese dog. She doesn't seem to mind them at all- she seems to actually like them and it has helped remove the brown under her eyes. It is not completely gone but definitely has helped.

Works well. I’m just not diligent enough.

Purchases these for 8 year old cat whose eyes started tearing up frequently, with some face staining. They are ok, but quite thin and fragile and not super effective at cleaning up stains. The cleansing liquid itself looks good but wish was thicker. Will use them up but not repurchase.

THIS works AMAZING. I was surprised after reading how difficult tear stains were to remove. This product did not irritate and removed the unsightly tear stain.
