My nutritionist recommended this vitamin. The dose is 6 per day, but I take 3 since I supplement with other individual vitamins.

Amazing quality. I have heart palpitations when I take them, I don’t have them.

I have since had to change doctors & my new one agrees these have the vitamins & minerals I need especially since I drink distilled water. The only draw back is you have to take 6 of them, with the other supplements I take it’s a bit much but I continue to take them until I find something better which hasn’t happened yet
