I received these fish and they are so healthy and vibrant. I have had them for almost 2 weeks and all 12 of them are still alive and well. Best purchased ever!

Second time buying. First group were 20 Koi, this time 24 Shubukin and Comet mix. Great colors and heathy fish

They got to me in two days, all alive and good variety, good quality Still have some living. I think they would all be alive if it wasn’t for the raccoons.

I have had the fish for a little more than a month. 10 of the 12 are alive. I cannot fault the company for the two that died because I added a new feature to my pond that could have disrupted the chemical balance in the water. The surviving fish are fun to watch and now surface when I come near in hopes of food. I have a lot of fun watching them swim around my pond!

I'm writing this review one week after receiving the fish. The fish arrived overnight carefully double bagged with a cooling pack inside the shipping box. What I noticed immediately was just how vibrant and active they were even while still in the bag. Many people said they received more than they ordered. I tried to count but because they were so active it was difficult. I can say there were at least 12. I floated the bag in our small pond for at least 30 minutes to get the water temps to match and then carefully released them into the pond. A week later they are seemingly quite happy, active fish with healthy appetites. None appear sickly and none have been found floating. Still difficult to count but I'm thinking there are more than 12. Along with the fish the company sent instructions for acclimating the fish to their new environment as well as information on how to contact them in the event that there's a problem. I appreciate their attention to detail. BOTTOM LINE: I cannot recommend this company more highly. Are the fish a bit pricier than a local pet shop? Maybe, but I've not seen this size and quality for much less anywhere near where I live and I don't want to have to travel an hour to find pond fish. I will definitely be buying more from them.

Fish quality is poor. Two of them were dead. When I reached out to them, their response was simply, “that’s why we give an extra fish!” - Personally not happy! - attaching pictures of two dead fishes that died within few hours of arrival.

I was very concerned about the health of the fish. They all arrived alive and healthy. I acclimated them to their new tank and release them and immediately start to eat. I’m very impressed, and I am not easily impressed. The fish are what they were described to be And it’s still amazes me. They lived through shipping. I will give a 24 hour and 48 hour review also.

My fish arrived quickly and were healthy and active. I even got a couple extra. Excellent packaging with great instructions. I’ve had them for a couple weeks now and they are awesome. Excellent seller and product.
