The lid was dented when I got the pot. I used it because I was desperate and figured I'd just ask the seller to replace the lid. No reason to return the whole pot. Once I used it (one time to make rice...nothing acidic or staining), the cover didn't clean right. Picture above. The seller told me no refund since it was used. I had just asked for a lid, but they were willing to only give me a 10% discount.Fortunately, Amazon came to the rescue and solved the issue for me, but if a pot arrives with a dented lid, and then that lid becomes so discolored that you'd be embarrassed to use the pot with guests, it's not worth anything.Thank you, Amazon, for doing the right thing.

Heavy duty pot. Same as sold at restaurant supply stores

The dimensions are way off with this item. If you need exact measurements I would think twice about buying this product. Specially when there is no free return and you have to pay for the return out of pocket. It’s about 2 inches smaller than what the distribution says.

Great pot, fantastic price. I used them to braze 60 lbs for short ribs for a wedding.
