I have purchased this twice because I love it so much I wanted to keep one where I frequently spend the night so I don't lose the one for home. The gentle pressure of the beads is a soothing sensation on the sinuses and the weight seems to help my brain turn off and for me to go to sleep. After wearing it for a while it really has helped to train my brain that it's sleep time. Since it's beads, it's easy to gently press them about for the most comfort if you're a side sleeper like I am, so there's no extra pressure if your cheek presses onto it. That also lets it block the light exceptionally well. The band is comfortable and does loosen up with use, which may be an issue if you move around a lot at night, but I haven't had it slide out of place yet. Will likely pick up a third to keep in my travel bag too. And I haven't even tried putting it in the freezer yet. Great product.

I had three of these originally, purchased at a local Pharmacy, but could not find them any more - then my daughter who also suffers from migraines found them on line. I bought 4 more for a total of 7. I love these - they are the best. The are heavily cushioned and soft, yet they hold firmly to your head and eyes to allow for the slight pressure needed to feel the coolness of the ice beads. The quilting effect allows the pressure to enter the eye socket and not just be around the head or edges. In addition these are ICE COLD but NOTFROZEN BURN. I have tries others (like the blue one that does not have a strap) and that one transfers NO COLDNESS. Then I tried the Blue or Clear Gel type, and they are rock solid ICE COLD to a burn - to uncomfortable to wear tight to the head. These are JSUT RIGHT - real cold but not in a painful way. I put it on, and maybe after 15 minutes I flip it over (upside downish) and get another r10 minutes form it. Works every time. I now have a toal of seven because my daughter constantly forgets to put them back in the freezer, and I like ot have a ready one handy at anytime. NO HEADACHE -- No Problem - a great Room Darkener too - light weight - cumfy - and cool.

Everyone needs this mask in their life! So I first thought this mask a couple years ago but after a few uses my dog chewed it up. The sleep I was able to get those few nights I used it was so nice i had to get another. The beads usually stay pretty cool, but not cold, which is great for winding down and relaxing at night. You are able to open your eyes underneath still, but it blocks out enough light it keeps it dark. I was concerned with it staying in place at night due to its heavier than normal weight and the thin strap, but it does a good job even for me who rolls all over throughout the night. A lot of nights I will have bad tension headaches behind my eyes, so I'll put this on and in the morning I feel great and was able to fall asleep quickly too. My 9 year old daughter recently had a headache and due to her age I am hesitant to give her any medication, so I had her use my mask. She said her headache was gone the next day and she slept great. Unfortunately we we're traveling and she left the mask at the hotel, so of course I had to order my 3rd one! I cannot live without this mask. I am in love with it and have never slept so good before. If you have tension headaches, just want to relax after a long day, or just need help falling asleep at night, you need this mask in your life.

These are fantastic for headaches and migraines. Only issue is they seem to warm faster than I would like but, I bought 3 of the to rotate the out. Comfortable on your eyes. Excellent quality.

I didn’t know how much o needed this till I started sleeping with it. I have already found eye mask to help me sleep but the weighted is a whole new level! I have never slept so well! It’s comfortable and blocks all light perfect for relaxing, helping with migraines, or lulling you to sleep. There is no odor. The only thing is the strap is not adjustable so if you have a large head it might be too tight. I have a tiny head so it’s a little loose but I don’t mind.

Well made and just the right amount of weight for headaches or anxious nights. Bought this in 2019 for a trip and still using it weekly.

I tried a compression pain relief mask, and it has been somewhat helpful for relieving some tension around my eyes and forehead. The mask is made from soft, comfortable material, and I like that it offers both compression and cold therapy, which can be soothing when I have a headache or sinus discomfort. The universal size fits okay, and it stays in place decently well when I lie down, which is a plus. However, I did find that it doesn’t completely block out light, which would have been helpful when I’m using it to rest in a bright room. The cold therapy is effective, but the mask doesn't stay cold for as long as I had hoped, so I end up having to refreeze it more often than expected. It also takes a little time to adjust the compression to the right level, and I wish there were more options for customization. Overall, while the mask does offer some relief, it's not a perfect solution for all types of pain. It works well for brief periods of relaxation, but I find that it’s not as effective as other products for long-lasting pain relief. It’s a decent option to have on hand for mild headaches or sinus pressure, but I wouldn’t rely on it for more severe symptoms.

Sehr angenehme zu tragen, ich enpfinde das Kühlen als sehr angenehm. Leider hält die Wirkung nicht so lange an :(. Werde mir warscheinlich noch eine zweite holen.

I keep mine in the freezer in case of migraine. It works really well. It helps to block out light, it feels lovely and cool around your eyes and because it has some weight in it, it applies gentle pressure to your forehead and cheekbones (without pressing on your eyes). Comfortable enough to sleep in as well.

HANDS DOWN the best sleep mask I've ever tried! This thing is unbelievable... the actual shape and weight of the filling keeps it seated on your face in such a way that ZERO light comes in. I have tried 3 of the top selling and rating sleep masks here on Amazon.ca and NONE of them 100% block out light. Which is super disappointing, that is number 1 function of a sleep mask in my opinion. The IMAK not only blocks out light 100%, but it also has a very soothing feel on your eyes and skin. It feels like lentils or something inside the mask, and the beauty of it is you can store it in your freezer and then when it's pillow time get this guy out and it is nice and cool on your face for a good 30 minutes which should be long enough to fall asleep. The only drawback is due to the weight and the thin strap, it may fall off your face when sleeping. This is literally the only drawback.. The thin strap is a huge plus, as it is almost just perfect amount of elastic and you don't even notice it. These other masks and their heavy duty velcro straps like you'll be sleeping upright on an airplane all the time.. oh no. No no no... IMAK PROS: - Puffy / grainy inside feeling on face very soothing - Blocks out light ONE HUNDRED PERCENT! - Thin strap is super comfortable and barely noticeable - Can be placed in fridge/freezer to make it cold - Great for meditation IMAK CONS: - Weight of it causes it to fall in middle of night sometimes - It can get warm/hot depending on your room. As it is dense, it can get warm against the face and you will wake up sweaty a bit The cons are small prices to pay in exchange for how nice it is sleeping and getting to sleep with this. For the price, this thing is so far the top sleep mask product I've tried and I've tried a total of 5. Amazing job IMAK!
