Carlson Labs Vitamin K2-7 45 MCG Mineral Supplement Softgels, 180 Count

I purchased these to fill with matcha tea powder because for me it's easier than making hot tea in the morning. This was my first time purchasing empty capsules so I don't have anything else to compare it to. They were easy to take apart and put back together. This size capsule (#2) was too small for what I needed them for and I had to fill 6 capsules to equal the amount of powder used in 1 cup of matcha tea, so next time I'll try size 1 or 0.

I just started using these vitamins a week or two ago. Haven’t used them long enough to know if they will do any good. However, I did receive my item earlier than expected. Price was reasonable.

Have been using these for several years, unfortunately, because of having a cat that needs several pills a day, and I find this more helpful to get the pills in him for several doses than trying to give them individually.

I have been using it for awhile now. Between the Cura Med and the K2 from you. I don't need to take calcium pills anymore. My bone density exam stayed the same in 2 years. And I will be 72 this month. Yikes! I know that taking these 2 plus other supplements have really helped! I would highly recommend the K2 to anyone!

The capsules have worked great for me and my cat. My cat is currently on the liquid atopica for allergies. She hates the taste of the liquid (gags, spits and sometimes vomits) so I just put her dose in the capsule and pill her with the capsule. She takes this so much better with no gagging or vomiting at all. If you do this though be sure to follow pilling your cat with 6 mls of water so that the esophagus does not get irritated.

Good product, none of the supplments that I have packaged have come undone, not too large to swallow, happy with these
