Great cards but now not available except shipped from us to uk
Other cards I have seen include blanks, are one sided, are not laminated etc. Not these - whoever dreamt them up put some real thought into them - each exercise has tips on the back, there are routines for which part of the body you would like to concentrate on or you can make up your own. I use them every day in conjunction with a simple interval timer on my phone, I set a rest period of 20 seconds between each set of reps, just in time to turn the card to the next exercise. I find them even simpler than a wall chart, and if you get bored with the same thing every day simply look for and insert a new card, or shuffle them up. Its a pity they have gone out of stock as if I had known how good they are I would have bought both volumes of the dumbell training set. Hopefully once a certain situation eases we will see new supplies in the UK. Highly recommendedUpdate July 2021 now sadly only available shipped direct from us to Uk which adds to the cost and this company still sends promotional emails about products where most are out of stock… great pity as it’s a good product… you just won’t let me buy it!!

Ideal & beginner friendly
I did not realise there were so many dumbbell routines. The cards are laminated so can be held will you're all hot and sweaty. There are several set methods to tone up upper, core back, lower body, lose weight or your custom choice. Been practising for three months so far, toning up nicely, belly is going, love handles next objective. lol..!

Good for beginner's
Good set of cards you can put your own workout together using these so anyone just starting out can work there way up from easy to hard. Nice condition and arrived really quickly too.
