This pad and cover are great. I had one of those cheapo covers before and this is like a 1000% upgrade. The pad is thick but cut so it fits very well. The cover also fits very well. It has one clip to hold it in the middle of the board (underneath) and string ties to make it tight. Just used it to iron a bunch of curtains and it worked great! I would recommend. I have a standard 54" ironing board.

Best ironing board pad and cover yet and worth every penny. Very well padded and absorbent. By spraying water on the cover before beginning, you get the benefit of steam from top and bottom and ironing goes faster. You can't do that with a polyester or other synthetic covers. It's well made and washable. With proper care, this should be the last pad and cover I’ll ever need to buy. Thank you, Ritz Professional.

This board pad is awesome! It is thick and covers my entire board. It is well made and slips on easily. It was well worth the money spent. The ironing board cover is okay. Thicker than many others I've seen. It does have an elastic strap in the middle to help keep things from moving around which I liked. My only complaint is that the stitching around the cord is weak and cheaply done. The fabric also doesn't let shirts glide across as you move them. They tend to stick a little but nothing too bad. I would buy the board pad again but not the two piece set.

Can’t believe I’m rhapsodizing over an ironing board cover, but I adore this one. What’s not to love? It’s well-constructed and made of a substantial cotton fabric. The pad is thick and doesn’t shift around under the cover. The cover, for its part, stays taut—so there’s no bunching up or wrinkling. I iron something practically every day and can say that this is the best pad and cover ever!

It looks like a nice pad and cover, but it doesn't fit my ironing board. The narrower end is too small, it is not made wide enough with a drawstring to fit it. I think the design is flawed.

This is the perfect ironing board cover. The quality and fit is excellent. The cream color is clean and crisp looking. It has plenty of padding and a drawstring fit that makes the cover tailored to the board. I can’t say enough good about this cover and the seller. I only wish it came in other sizes as I have a smaller nutone fold away ironing board that also needs a cover.

Don't buy this for normal ironing boards. Professional heavy weight may be correct but they are way too big for normal ironing boards

Great quality

Although I believe this cover is of better quality than anything I could have purchased from a local bricks and mortar store or elsewhere online, I was somewhat underwhelmed once I removed it from the fancy packaging. I looked at it and thought, "I paid how much for this?" During initial uses, water accumulated along the underside of our expanded metal ironing board. When the board was folded, the water ran to one end and saturated an end of the new pad and cover leaving a noticeable stain or mark when dried. Now it is a reminder not to set steam production too high on our steam generator iron. Not having purchased an ironing board cover for a long time, I can not compare it for fit to anything else. After almost 3-years of domestic use, the cover has developed holes and needs to be replaced.
