Variety of texture
Enthusiasts of Entomophagy (eating insects) 101. In terms of taste or aroma, nothing distinctable.w Trail Mix does describe the variety in its entirety. However each insects' appendages (wings & legs) have a unique texture based on what given insect munched & crunched on. For example, the wings of ..., similar to pulp ... as I was unable to chew it, yet reluctant to spew it, chew0ing tobaccp? Turns out this insect used its saliva with wood shavings to build.a huilf

Didn’t taste good
I’m someone who likes to try weird foods, so I was excited to try these. They tasted horrible though. It’s not because I think eating bugs is gross, but the actual flavor was disgusting. All three tasted the same. It’s hard to describe the flavor, but it was almost like burnt gross stuff.

Actually received a different mix than advertised, but I’m actually happier with what I received.
I bought this for my dad as a gag gift for Christmas. He’s always going on about how eating bugs in survival training was better than eating (insert any food he dislikes here). Well, I’m calling his bluff! Edit: He absolutely loved it. It only contained one of each bug in a plastic bag that was inside of a plastic box. The water scorpion was huge compared to the other scorpion and rhino beetle.

No scorpion
There was no scorpion in the bag. Only a small piece of the tail. I was doing a live feed eating the bugs and had to skip that part because there was none to eat.

Not all bugs includdd
I was excited to use these for a survivor themed birthday party. I picked this one due to three bugs listed. Although it was pictures on the package there was no scorpion in the bag. I would expect at least one of each bug listed. Also there was no protective packaging so most bugs came with missing legs and head broken off
