THIS IS THE REAL DEAL. REAL ITALIAN PASTA. NO CHEMICALS. JUST WHEAT AND WATER. LOW TEMP PROCESSING, WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT. BEFORE TO BUY ANY PASTA LOOK AT THE INGREDIENTS. THIS IS THE BEST BRAND TO BUY. GREAT QUALITY. GREAT PRICE.

Very Tasty!
I was asked by Amazon to rate this product. It was very good and tasty. I saw this product(s) and the company on a TV show that high lighted procducts and companies that were made in Italy. I am glad that amazon offered this procdut as I wasn't sure if my local grocery store would carry it as it a little more pricey and more of an upgrade product, not like the main local pasta that you can buy in your local grocery store. Since buying it, I bought other pasta products from this company. If I recall the company is a like a family run , 100 year old company (something like that) and that everything they make is fresh and they pasta is made from a 100 year old gold or brass nozzel bits that make the pasta (not like other companies) it just looked mouth watering when I saw the final product cooked. If I had one complaint, it would be that I wish that they made wider noodles. Hope this helps

Really expensive...but...so good
One of my family members is sensitive to Potassium Bromate (which is in nearly all US wheat, but banned in the EU). So we order a lot of Italian-made pasta. This pasta is amazing. If you simply follow the directions, you get tagliatelle that's absolutely amazing and can be the base of so many yummy dishes. It's great with just butter and garlic or olive oil and garlic. In other words, any simple sauce preparation will be glorified by these excellent noodles. They are the next best to homemade.

Horrible shipment
Pasta is smashed! They are all in little pieces. Not what I expected for pasta that is pretty expensive. Please replace with new ones.

Completely broken up
80% of the noodles were all broken bits.

crushed in shipping
this has one of the best flavors in dried pasta. however Amazon put it in a blue white envelope instead of something more protective and it got crushed. Amazon did make it right and the replacement came in a much better secured packaging
