After using magnesium citrate one day I was able to go to the bathroom and after that I continued the above routine. I have never found anything that works as well as this. And I’ve struggled for years with this, trying various things that only cause problems. And they stay crispy and milk, even if it sits there for quite a while they’re super crunchy in the beginning so sometimes I just let them sit in the milk. I was desperate to get it so I paid the price on desertcart and it was a small little box for like $13.50. It was imported from Canada! 🇨🇦

Fake Nutrition Label
I bought the cereal thinking it would be healthy, but they were far more sugars in it than I expected. On top of the nutrition label there was a sticker with different macros, completely different from what was on the box itself. The cereal ended up in the trash.

$4.58 at Walmart California and bigger box
Got this on a vet recommemdation to add to my puppies diet. It works well. I tried some with Greek yogurt. Good taste but far less expensive at Walmart!

If you need bran this is the cereal for you.
This cereal is the only brand that has worked for me. It's crunchy so I let it sit in milk for a bit to soften.

Expensive. Get the all bran buds at your grocer
The amount of fiber is misleading as the serving size is larger than what they sell in the grocery store which is cheaper.
