This product is heaven sent. Regulates digestive system well with no severe side effects. PLEASE DRINK A LOT OF WATER WHILE USING. It can seriously hurt your kidneys if you are not hydrated and using this product (as with any medication that aids in digestion). Very natural results. A go-to supplement.

This supplement works okay. I only need to take 2 to get results. It’s gentle on my stomach unlike some other magnesium supplements I’ve tried. I take a variety of other capsule supplements but I find these to be on the larger size and difficult to swallow. I do appreciate that this is made in the USA. After taking this supplement for just several days, my digestive tract is quite unhappy. So bloated and bubbly, with untimely trips to the bathroom (i.e. 2:40 a.m). I'm down to only taking one capsule, too. I can't imagine taking the recommended 3-5! However, I realize everyone will react differently to any given supplement.
