Arrived grade a..but had loads of damage and a chunk out of the bottom corner.
Excellent service on communication and refund..sadly not as described.

Item is good bit wasn't fully refurbished
The tablet pc was ideal for what I wanted, unfortunately it hadn't been refurbished properly and suffered with a noisy fan so I returned it. I would give the item a 5 star rating when in full working order.

Awesome for retro gaming and reading ebooks
Initially I was going to replace my i7 14" laptop with this. But, not quite enough juice or screen size to fully replace. But with type c to usb connection and a budget game controller, it's perfect for playing emulators and retro gaming. I also read a lot and works well for ebooks. Video streaming great, accessing email and general light work, all good. Be super useful on weekends away and holidays. Overall, it didn't quite fit the ticket for what I had planned, but for spec and price and with what you can do with it, was a sound purchase.
