Thickest lotion ever! Not a diabetic, so can't speak to how it works on diabetic skin, but amazing on non-diabetic skin. Leaves skin very soft.

I absolutely love this lotion. I’ve been a diabetic for 49 years and have never found a lotion that works as good as this. I’m a barefoot girl and have skin peeling on my feet but this really works well in a very short time. Softened my feet and no more peeling skin the very first day. I have very dry skin due to autoimmune issues, lots of medications and menopause and this is the best body lotion I have used. We go through a tube quickly. It goes on easily, soaks in quickly, does not leave a greasy mess and keeps your skin feeling moisturized better than any other lotion I have used. My husband uses it also for his elbows and feet.

I Love this lotion as it works great on my dry skin hands; especially as I work in my flower beds way too many times without gloves! It does work in an hour and plumps up aging dry skin on hands! Good product!

This lotion is very nice and the moisturizer works most of the day. I have to reapply at nice. Great to use on the feet after using a pumice.
