how long the sweeper stays charged?

Long enough to vac a 1500 square foot house on wood and vinyl floors and two area rugs. It doesn't stop, but you can tell it weakens and needs charging. . After that I charge it overnight then it's ready to go again. I highly recommend it.

Does the new model have a spinning corner sweep brush?

No... and my wife told me to mention that it is not nearly as good as the previous model in all respects, not just the spinning corner sweep brush being missing.

So the handle keeps breaking off after one month of use even though the vacuum itself lasts for several months. Can I just purchase the handle?

I have that problem all the time it last maybe 4 to 6 months and then the handle break and I just go and but another one because it does pick up good and I like it I just don't like having to but one every3 to 6 months I'm getting ready to get another one because the handle broke again.
